I wonder how they assessed those who should be on &#8216;Form D&#8217;? I<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Form E: Workhouse return.<\/li>\n<li>Form F: Hospital return.<\/li>\n<li>Form G: College and Boarding-School return.<\/li>\n<li>Form H: Barrack return.<\/li>\n<li>Form I: Return of Idiots and Lunatics in institutions.<\/li>\n<li>Form K: Prison return.<\/li>\n<li>Form C: Return of the sick at their own homes.<\/li>\n<li>Form D: Return of lunatics and idiots not in institutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I have just returned the recent 2011\u00a0census form, and the collecting agent looked quite grumpy and didn&#8217;t appreciate any of my light banter &#8211; I wonder will she grade me as &#8216;a lunatic or an idiot not in an institution&#8217; ?<\/p>\n<p>I found the form with my grandfather, James Sullivan&#8217;s ( <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lulu.com\/product\/paperback\/world-war-1-diary-of-james-sullivan\/14918730\">World War 1 memoirs<\/a>) \u00a0household on it &#8211; He was\u00a03 at the time.
