There are 6 one-bedroom apartments, each with its own double bed, bathroom, kitchen and seating area. And one bigger apartment with two bedrooms (one double and one twin room), one bathroom, kitchen and large frescoed lounge room.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Meals – The food is plentiful and AMAZING!\u00a0 <\/strong>Dinner and breakfast are included for the 5 days and lunch for the days we are at the venue. All meals are prepared by the owners with fresh local ingredients and vegetables from the estate’s garden.           Sari Gold MD is a psychiatrist specializing in trauma, psychosomatic medicine and mind-body connection. She is originally from Finland, but trained and worked and still lives in New York where she also obtained her 200h yoga teacher training in Prana Shakti Flow with additional training over the years in Trauma Informed Yoga Yin Poga, Restorative Yoga, and Chair Yoga as well as Yoga for Mental Health. She is a Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher taught by Jack Kormfield and Tara Brach.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
